QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CIVIL CONTRACTOR - TIPPERARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a groundworks civil contractor with projects based in
Thurles, Tipperary area
An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic
Quantity Surveyor to join a civils contractor with flexible working
arrangements.
Project procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of
tender reports and appointments in line with the construction program
to ensure delivery of the project on time and on budget
Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports
Monitoring of project costs and agreeing variations with Design Team
Reporting monthly to senior management on the financial performance of
individual projects
REQUIREMENTS
Degree level in Quantity Surveying
Min 3+ years quantity surveying experience with construction / civil
contractors in the Irish market.
PACKAGE
Salary € *-€ *K and
negotiable dependent on experience
Full-time permanent staff role, min 3 days per week working from
office and sites with the remaining 2 days flexible to work from home.
